Where I build websites across Niagara
Six towns, six customer bases, and a different answer for each of them.
Niagara is six markets that happen to share a region. Fort Erie splits between summer visitors and year-round trade. Welland has two separate downtowns on two sides of a canal. Niagara Falls hides a real residential population under a tourism industry that soaks up the search results. St. Catharines is the biggest, busiest market in the region. Port Colborne is a quieter port town with real upside for a well-built site. Wainfleet is 92 percent farmland with little foot traffic at all. Pick your town below for the specifics.
Somewhere else in the region? Call 905.682.4642 and tell me where, or email [email protected]. If your town's a better fit for somebody else, I'll say so and point you at them.
Fort Erie
Summer visitors, day-trippers off the Peace Bridge, year-round locals, and trade customers, all in one small town.
Welland
Two downtowns, two BIAs, one canal running through the middle. Your site needs to say clearly which side you're on.
Niagara Falls
Real neighbourhoods behind the tourist strip, mostly invisible in a search dominated by hotels and attractions.
St. Catharines
The biggest, most competitive market in Niagara, with two post-secondary schools driving constant turnover.
Port Colborne
A working port town with a walkable main street, and a quieter search market that rewards a well-built site.
Wainfleet
Ninety-two percent farmland. No storefront, no foot traffic, and a website that has to do all the work instead.
